1. Are your lights suitable for indoor use?
Yes, all our products are designed for indoor use. Some models are also suitable for outdoor use: this is specified on each product page.
2. Do the lights arrive ready to install?
Most of our lights come with integrated LEDs and the necessary mounting hardware. Installation requires a hardwired electrical connection. We recommend having your lights installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Installation instructions are provided with every product. Some decorative accessories, such as lampshades, are sold separately without any electrical components, as indicated on each product page.
3. What materials are used?
Our products are made from materials such as aluminum, acrylic, metal, glass and fabric. The exact materials are listed in the specifications table on each product page.
4. How do I choose the right product?
Dimensions, wattage, voltage, color temperature and lighting coverage area are listed on each product page. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our lights are designed for 220–240 V. We recommend measuring the available space and checking electrical compatibility before ordering.
5. How do I care for my lights?
Regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth is all that's needed. We recommend turning off the light and letting it cool down before cleaning. Avoid abrasive or chemical products to protect the finishes.
6. Are bulbs included?
Most of our lights feature integrated LEDs. Some decorative accessories, such as lampshades, are sold without a light source or electrical components. Each product page clearly states what is included.
7. What standards do your lights meet?
Our lights are CE and RoHS compliant and meet the European Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU) and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU). Certificates of conformity are available on request. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our lights are designed for 220–240 V. They are not presented as UL or ETL listed unless the product page explicitly says so.
8. How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 7 to 13 business days. We deliver to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
9. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you.
10. Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@luminaire-europe.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
