TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern the sale of products offered to customers in the United States on the website luminaire-europe.com, operated by Infinite YDK LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, under the trade name LUMINAIRE EUROPE (the “Site”).
Placing an order on the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Site for delivery in the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). LUMINAIRE EUROPE may modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The Terms of Sale that apply to your order are those in effect when you place it.
2. Prices and payment
Prices on the Site are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is free.
LUMINAIRE EUROPE may change its prices at any time; price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
3. Order acceptance
An order is considered accepted only once a confirmation email has been sent.
LUMINAIRE EUROPE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, incomplete or incorrect information, or a payment issue.
You will be notified of any cancellation by email.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Estimated delivery times:
Processing time before shipment: 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
Transit time after shipment: 5 to 10 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 13 business days
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. These times are estimates and may be extended in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, carrier disruptions, etc.).
5. Use of products and electrical installation
Products offered on the Site are intended for personal and decorative use. Any use for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our lights are designed for 220–240 V. Please check the voltage listed on the product page before ordering. We recommend having your lights installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
6. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns must be requested by email before the item is sent back. Return shipping is free (a prepaid label is provided) and no restocking fee is charged. Personalized items cannot be returned.

7. Accepted payment methods

8. Refunds
Refund timeframe: refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund conditions: the product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products are replaced or refunded after verification.
Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement may also depend on your bank or card issuer.
9. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. After verification, we will replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you.
All products are also covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty, whose terms are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUMINAIRE EUROPE is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or installation of the products or from failure to comply with these Terms of Sale.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to find an amicable solution.
