Questions
Do I need an electrician?
No. It comes with a cord and plug, so no electrician is required. Voltage: 110–240 V, as rated by the manufacturer. Switch: Inline on/off switch on the cord.
Is it dimmable?

Bulb base: G9 / E26. Number of bulbs: 3. Bulbs included: No. Recommended: Warm white 2700K LED bulb.
How heavy is it?
It weighs about 11 lb.
When will it arrive?
7–13 business days (2–3 days processing + 5–10 days transit). Free shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states + Washington, D.C.). Shipped fully tracked with UPS or FedEx; every order is carefully packed for fragile pieces, and breakage is covered (we replace the damaged part or the whole fixture). Tracking link emailed when the order ships.
Can I return it?
Free returns within 90 days of delivery, at our expense, for items in new, unused condition; we email you the return address and a prepaid label when you request a return; refund within 14 days of inspection. No restocking fee. A fixture that has been installed or used can't be returned; returns are accepted only in new, unused condition. Large and heavy pieces are returned at our expense too.
What if the ceramic arrives broken?
Keep all the packaging and email support@luminaire-europe.com with your order number and photos of the boxes, the packaging and each damaged part. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we replace the damaged part or the whole fixture at no cost to you. See Packing and delivery damage.
