Do I need an electrician?
It is hardwired: a licensed electrician is recommended. Mounts to a standard junction box. Voltage: 110–240 V, as rated by the manufacturer.
Is it dimmable?
Does it take bulbs?
No — integrated LED.
When will it arrive?
7–13 business days (2–3 days processing + 5–10 days transit). Free shipping to the contiguous United States (48 states + Washington, D.C.). Shipped fully tracked with UPS or FedEx; every order is carefully packed for fragile pieces, and breakage is covered (we replace the damaged part or the whole fixture). Tracking link emailed when the order ships.
Can I return it?
Free returns within 90 days of delivery, at our expense, for items in new, unused condition; we email you the return address and a prepaid label when you request a return; refund within 14 days of inspection. No restocking fee. A fixture that has been installed or used can't be returned; returns are accepted only in new, unused condition. Large and heavy pieces are returned at our expense too.
What if the glass arrives broken?
Keep all the packaging and email support@luminaire-europe.com with your order number and photos of the boxes, the packaging and each damaged part. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we replace the damaged part or the whole fixture at no cost to you. See Packing and delivery damage.
What does the warranty cover?
3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (electrical and finish defects); bulbs excluded.
How do I reach you?
By email, at support@luminaire-europe.com. Send your room or table size, or a photo, and we will help you choose. Customer service by email only, Monday to Friday. Reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

With the light off and cool, wipe the glass with a soft cloth.
